Do you work with people outside of California and Arizona?
I’m licensed to provide therapy only to clients located in California and Arizona. However, coaching is available to clients located anywhere in the U.S. or internationally, as it is not a clinical service.
What’s the difference between therapy and coaching?
Great question!
Therapy focuses on healing, mental health, and processing past experiences. It's appropriate if you're experiencing symptoms like anxiety, depression, or trauma and want a deeper space for emotional healing.
Coaching is more action-oriented and future-focused. It’s ideal if you’re looking for support with parenting confidence, identity shifts, work-life balance, or personal growth—but you're not currently dealing with significant mental health symptoms.

Are sessions virtual or in person?
All sessions are currently offered virtually through a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform. You can join from the comfort of your home or wherever feels safe and accessible to you.
Do you accept insurance?
I do not accept insurance at this time. However, I can provide a superbill for therapy clients in California and Arizona to submit for potential out-of-network reimbursement through their insurance plan. Coaching is not covered by insurance.
What does messaging support include in the coaching package?
Messaging is available between sessions Monday through Friday, and you’re welcome to use it to share updates, process moments as they happen, ask questions, or reflect on insights. I typically respond within 24 hours during business hours.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! Payment plans are available for the coaching package. If paying in full is not accessible for you, we can set up monthly payments. Let’s find a structure that works for you.
Is there a cancellation policy?
Yes, I ask for at least 24 hours' notice for rescheduling or canceling a session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to the full session fee.
I’m not sure if I need therapy or coaching—or if I'm ready. What should I do?
It’s completely okay to not have all the answers right now. That’s what the free consultation call is for. We’ll talk about what you’re navigating and help you find the support that fits your needs best—no pressure, no obligation.
