Coaching is accessible to anyone living in the U.S. and internationally.Coaching is generally a more action-focused space designed to help you identify goals, build new habits, and move through transitions with confidence.
I support pregnant moms to reduce their risk for developing postpartum depression. Coaching sessions that help you manage your mood and stress to navigate postpartum with confidence.
Coaching Package Includes:
  • Three (3) 45-minute virtual sessions per month
  • In-between support via messaging (Monday–Friday)
Investment:
$3,000 for 4-months
Or $2,500 if paid in full upfront

THERAPY

I'm currently licensed to provide therapy for people residing in the states of California and Arizona.
Therapy can help with:
  • Perinatal and postpartum depression or anxiety
  • Birth trauma and medical trauma
  • Identity shifts and role transitions
  • Intrusive or scary thoughts
  • Grief and loss (including miscarriage or infertility)
  • Breaking cycles of intergenerational trauma
  • Relationship or family stress
  • Feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or “not like yourself"
Our work together is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and rooted in your strengths. I integrate approaches like mindfulness, cognitive-behavioral techniques, and nervous system regulation to help you reconnect with your body, emotions, and inner wisdom.
Session details:
  • Format: Virtual (via secure video platform)
  • Duration: 50 minutes
  • Rate: $200 per session
  • Frequency: Weekly or bi-weekly depending on your needs
